Oji Fibre Solutions is one of New Zealand's leading manufacturers and suppliers of packaging solutions to a wide range of industries throughout the country and abroad.  Our customers include blue chip manufacturers and marketers of packaging products to the food, primary produce, industrial and grocery sectors.

Based at our Paper Bag business in Penrose, Auckland, we provide innovative and high-quality fibre-based packaging to the dairy, horticulture, industrial and food sectors. You will be a key member of the lead management team, responsible for both ensuring the financial integrity of the business and performance managing the business. The provision of insightful commercial and operational insights to drive performance improvement is a core aspect of this role.

You will play a vital role in influencing profit& cash flow delivery and business growth. 

• Interacting with all areas of the business, you will take ownership of the numbers (actual, budget and forecast reporting)
• Proven leadership skills will be needed to drive and develop your team of people. 
• Your tertiary qualification (BCom) with a CA or equivalent qualification is required. 
• Proven experience from a manufacturing environment is advantageous. 
• Sound computer skills with experience in automated accounting systems are a must (SAP or similar ERP).
