We have an opportunity for an experienced customer service rep to join our busy team working Monday to Friday 8.00am – 5.00pm. The role is based at our Corrugated Case business in Levin.

• This is a solution-based manufacturing environment where each call and each day will be different.
• 2-3 years’ customer service or sales support experience from a manufacturing or a service orientated environment is required. 
• You will possess the ability to prioritise tasks in an efficient manner, be attentive to detail, handle situations professionally, and be thoroughly organised with the ability to work under pressure.
• Fast and Accurate Data Entry (Alpha and Numerical) skills are essential
• Intermediate/Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills are a must
