OJI Fibre Solutions is a long-established manufacturer and supplier of packaging solutions to a wide range of industries across New Zealand and around the world. Our customers include blue chip manufacturers and marketers in the primary produce, food, industrial and grocery sectors. Working within a dynamic manufacturing environment, this pivotal role reports to the CFO Packaging.
Responsibilities:
- Management of the financial planning cycle, including the annual strategic plan, budget and the monthly forecast processes.
- Identifying and executing profit and cash flow improvement initiatives across the business.
- Driving process optimisation throughout the finance function.
- Actively contributing to a culture of safety first through attending all training, reading and acting on all EHSR communications.
Requirements:
- Relevant professional qualifications; Chartered Accountant with CAANZ or international equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years with relevant experience outside of accounting practice, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- Able to demonstrate in-depth financial and commercial knowledge.
- Goal orientated with strong time management skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Computer literate with SAP & SAP BPC experience advantageous.
- Project and change management experience.
- Thorough knowledge of compliance requirements.
