Seeking an experienced Head of People & Culture.  Reporting to the CEO Packaging, your confident and collaborative approach is pivotal in supporting a well-established leadership team during a transformational phase within the business.  With the support of a dedicated and professional HR team of 3; your role is to lead and oversee the HR function of the Packaging business; comprising four manufacturing plants and a number of regional distribution sites around NZ. 

Experience:

• HR Manager/Head of People & Culture with minimum 6+ years’ experience.
• Technical and practical experience working within a Unionised environment ideally within a large multi-site organisation.
• Skilled at industrial relations and experience in union collective negotiations
• Sound knowledge around NZ employment relations environment and legislation
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or equivalent
• Highly computer literate with Microsoft suite, exposure to HRIS, LMS and payroll systems.
