Machine Operator - Day Shift

• Day Shift position – 6am to 230pm

If you love working in a manufacturing environment, get a buzz out of striving to exceed machine targets, and have a ‘can-do’ attitude, then please read on! Our Lansvale corrugated packaging site is currently looking for an energetic team player to join our fast paced production team on day shift.

Working alongside the Key Operator you will be responsible for assisting in setting up all aspects of the machine in a timely and accurate manner; prepare tooling/materials for the next order to facilitate a quick change-over; keep the work area clean; machine cleaning and basic preventative maintenance; perform in-process quality checks; stack bundles; and assist the Operator to ensure the machinery runs at its optimum performance 

To be successful for this role, you must be able to demonstrate:

• Willing to be flexible in working across other machines within your skillset;
• Willingness and aptitude for training and progression into an Operator position;
• A strong focus on quality and commitment to upholding Workplace Health & Safety standards in your own work and that of others.
