MAINTENANCE ELECTRICIAN – Day Shift

Monday to Friday 7am – 3.30pm

PENROSE, AUCKLAND

Oji Fibre Solutions Paper Bag is one of New Zealand's leading manufacturers and suppliers of packaging solutions to a wide range of industries throughout the country.  Essentially, we design and produce multi-wall bags for the Dairy, Cement, Flour and Sugar industries throughout the country and into offshore markets.

Seeking a qualified Maintenance Electrician with proven industrial, FMCG or packaging industry experience!  Join our highly experienced team, working in our busy manufacturing plant based in Penrose.  A focus on scheduled preventative maintenance, breakdowns and project work will keep you busy, while ensuring timely repairs to our plant and equipment, to keep production downtime to a minimum.

To succeed in this role, you must be:

• A Registered New Zealand Industrial Electrician
• PLC fault finding exposure (Allen Bradley, Siemens or similar)
• Minimum 3+ years proven Industrial experience
• Strong fault-finding skills and a preventative maintenance mindset
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be a self-starter who takes ownership of their role
• Computer literate working with CMMS
• Stringent around Health and Safety
• Available and flexible to work overtime and to support other shifts as and when required
