Maintenance Planner/Reliability Manager

Oji Fibre Solutions, part of a rapidly expanding global manufacturer of innovative packaging solutions, requires an energetic and driven Reliability Manager/Maintenance Planner to join the engineering team at our corrugated packaging plant in Lansvale NSW. Our Lansvale plant manufactures corrugated boxes which play an important part in the presentation, protection, and transportation of customer products in the Horticulture, Meat, Industrial, FMCG and Paper Products segments.

This role directly reports to the site Engineering Manager and is responsible for:

• Scheduling preventative, predictive and scheduled maintenance work plans and project work
• Scheduling maintenance labour, including external contractors
• Maintaining the data in the CMMS system (SAP)
• Store Management experience, manage critical and spare parts inventory, machine consumable and supplier relationships
• Working closely with the Engineering Manager and other Technical specialists to resource preventative maintenance projects and improvements
• H&S audits and inspections
• Providing 2IC support to the Engineering Manager
  

The Ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Previous experience in a maintenance planning role within a manufacturing, packaging or FMCG environment
• Trade Certified in either mechanical/maintenance fitter, fitter/machinist or maintenance electrical
• Experience in pneumatics, hydraulic and electrical systems with a working knowledge of engineering methods
• Practical problem solving, data analysis and fault finding experience
• Project management experience
• People leadership experience
• Highly team focused with strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-managing with strong decision making skills
• Must have CMMS/SAP experience
