Maintenance Reliability Engineer – E&I and Control Systems
A great opportunity to join the Maintenance Team at our Tasman Mill, Kawerau. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Reliability Engineer – E&I and Control System.
About the role:
As a Reliability Engineer you will be providing electrical, instrumentation and control system maintenance expertise and support to the Operations Team to successfully increase our plant reliability. Reporting to the Reliability Manager you will join a team proud to be a business built on renewable and low carbon resources. We aspire to achieve zero environmental burden.
Key Responsibilities:
- ‘Safely home every day’ means adherence to EHS&R standards, ensuring best practices and processes are in place.
- Increase reliability through improved reliability maintenance practices.
- Scope and manage contractors to support the electrical and automation reliability maintenance work.
- Ensure reliability maintenance execution is in line with asset strategy.
- Focus on the future by developing mid/long term reliability strategies for equipment used widely in the plant.
You will bring to the role:
- A Degree of Electrical Engineering or similar relevant qualification.
- Demonstrate operational experience in a large industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Experience with instrumentation design, automation and process control development.
- Team Lead experience.
- Ability to communicate with all levels of the business.
- Be practical and innovative, with good attention to detail skills.
