Our Mildura site is a tray erecting facility that conveniently services regionally based prominent customers within the horticulture segments such as table grapes and avocados that require corrugated trays and cartons for their produce.

We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Stock Controller/Administrator (material's coordinator) to join our team on a minimum 6 month maternity leave contract. In this vital role, you’ll help ensure the smooth flow of materials, from order placement to delivery, while supporting safety and operational excellence at our site.

Directly reporting to the Victorian Supply Chain Manager, this role will provide critical coordination/administration support to the site including but not limited to conducting the following:

  • Managing the order process from initial contact with customers, to receiving payments, to the booking and coordinating of product loads so deliveries are made on time
  • Tracking pallets
  • Managing inventory and stock supply received from our manufacturing plants around the country as well as from our external suppliers
  • Manage the NCR process including data collection regarding damaged/incorrect goods, system updating and customer liaison
  • Ensure the site adherence to safety including undertaking site inspections, update/track safety data sheets
  • Maintain updated customer information and other general administrative duties such as participate in relevant weekly meetings, banking, booking couriers etc

Your strong multi-tasking, customer service, communication and administrative skills will see you effectively build and maintain solid relationships both internally and externally with the customer base. You will need to possess a strong focus on team work, exhibit a ‘can do’ flexible attitude and have a huge passion for delivering results! 

 To be considered for this fantastic opportunity, you will need to have:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position within a manufacturing environment
  • Experience in logistics, warehousing or inventory management
  • Strong administrative/coordination background
  • Intermediate competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
